The Goal:

The goal of this project was to redesign BiteSpeed’s brand identity to better reflect its position as an AI-powered conversational platform for e-commerce brands. BiteSpeed’s previous brand identity lacked the visual clarity and modern appeal needed to represent an innovative, AI-powered platform. It didn’t effectively communicate its core value proposition to e-commerce brands or differentiate it in the competitive SaaS landscape. A refreshed identity was essential to build trust, improve recognition, and align the brand with its smart, scalable solutions.

The redesigned logo, typography, and color system improved consistency across all platforms, while the SmartReach AI visuals clearly communicated the platform’s intelligent capabilities.
