E-Com Made Easy
The primary goal of this project was to create A+ and D+ content, as well as product pages for various sports, to enhance the e-commerce experience by making product information more immersive and user-friendly. I collaborated with teams across outdoor sports like trekking and camping, as well as team sports such as cricket, football, and racket sports. My responsibilities included designing visuals for both product and category pages and developing reusable templates to ensure a seamless, consistent, and engaging shopping journey.

The Goal:
The creatives were crafted to streamline the user journey and make it more immersive, simplifying purchasing decisions by presenting product information clearly and effectively. Although direct metrics like Add to Cart (ATC) and Buy Now rates were impacted by external factors, the visuals played a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience.
The objective is to create a series of technical packshots for the latest range of outdoor and team sports products to be featured on the Decathlon website and mobile app. These packshots should effectively showcase the features, functionality, and design of the products to potential customers in a clear and attractive manner. The technical packshots will help enhance the online shopping experience, aiding customers in making informed purchase decisions.
This project deepened my understanding of user-centric design and e-commerce operations, emphasizing the importance of tailored visuals to enhance accessibility. By simplifying the shopping experience, I was able to support Decathlon’s mission of making sports accessible to everyone.
